How to invest with us

The first step in investing with us is to choose from our two investor categories:

Direct Lender


Investor will provide the funds for Eagle Nest to purchase and develop the property as needed.

Benefits

  2. Investor holds first lien when lending 70% of the real value of the property
  3. We can offer a minimum of 7% annual interest rate; a high return of investment with low risk

Joint Venture Partnership


Joint venture (JV) partnership through formation of a Limited Liability Company (LLC). Eagle Nest will be the managing member of the LLC and handle the work involved in the real estate investment. Eagle Nest reserves right of first refusal in termination of the LLC.
