- Provides minimum 10% ROI
- Rental property
- Provides minimum 7% annual return of cash investment plus profit shares. Total return can reach up to 20% ROI
- Land and new construction development
- Provides minimum 6% annual return of cash investment plus profit shares. Total return can reach up to 30% ROI
